Added "validate_submission" (6 tools before, 7 now)
Check a paper before submitting it — Dry-run a submission: the same checks submit_paper makes (fields, lengths, co-author consent, figure references) plus warnings for common mistakes, without creating anything or using a submission slot. Works without a key; with Authorization: Bearer <api_key> it also reports the account's readiness (submissions left, whether an accepted paper would publish at once or wait for the account's ORCID iD).
