Model Context Protocol server for OneTick, built on onetick-llmbase
Wellknown found it in public sources; nobody has proven control of it yet. Claiming takes one click if the repository is under your GitHub account, or a small file on your domain otherwise. Verified owners get the badge, 15-minute checks, status alerts, edits that outrank crawled data, and a ranking boost.
Agents can do it too: POST https://wellknown.network/api/v1/claims with {"agent":"onetick-mcp","method":"well_known_file"} — machine-readable steps at claim.json, guide at /docs/claim.
Everything here was measured by our prober or read from a registry. Nothing is self-reported.

# OneTick MCP [OneTick](https://www.onetick.com) is a high-performance market data analytics platform available as both a managed cloud service and an on-premises deployment. The OneTick MCP server exposes OneTick data and functionality to AI assistants via the [Model Context Protocol](https://modelcontextprotocol.io) standard. It lets users interact with the OneTick platform in natural language — explore available databases and schemas, search API documentation and usage examples, look up financial instruments by name or identifier, or check trading calendars and market hours — all without writing queries or navigating documentation manually. Tools are grouped into three categories — **Documentation search**, **Reference data**, and **OneTick queries** — and are registered dynamically based on the documentation sources and data files you configure. Both the documentation content and the reference data can be replaced or extended to match your environment. ## Documentation Full documentation, including the quickstart, configuration reference, and customization guide, is available at the [onetick-mcp documentation site](https://onetickmcp.docs.sol.onetick.com). ## Dependencies `onetick-mcp` is a thin wrapper: the retrieval/tool engine and its dependencies are in [`onetick-llmbase`](https://pypi.org/project/onetick-llmbase/), while serving, transport, and inbound authentication come from the KX MCP parent launcher ([`kx-mcp-core`](https://pypi.org/project/kx-mcp-core/)). ## Install ```bash python -m venv .venv source .venv/bin/activate pip install onetick-mcp ``` ## Run ```bash onetick-mcp ``` `onetick-mcp` is the installed alias for `kx-mcp --bundles onetick` — the KX MCP parent launcher mounting this bundle. See the [quickstart](https://onetickmcp.docs.sol.onetick.com/quickstart.html) for setup details.
