GreenCycle Compound Atlas

• search — Search the whole GreenCycle Compound Atlas by any name: cannabis compounds (THC, CBD, CBG, terpenes, flavonoids), receptors and enzymes (CB1, CB2, TRPV1, 5-HT1A
• fetch — The full text of one atlas record by the id that search returned ("compound:cbd", "target:CB1", "condition:epilepsy", "trial:NCT03883360", "cultivar:STRAIN0001"
• search_compounds — Use for lists of cannabis compounds: find the compounds mapped onto the human body (curated atlas records and database compounds with a measured, sourced value
• get_compound — Use for "what does THC, CBD or myrcene do in the body": the full record of one mapped compound by atlas id, Cannabis Compound Database id, name or PubChem CID.
• compare_compounds — Use for "THC versus CBD" and similar questions: two to four compounds side by side, target by target, with each action, evidence grade, measured binding values
• get_target — Use for receptor questions: one receptor, ion channel or enzyme by name or gene (for example CB1, CNR1, TRPV1, GPR55, FAAH, CYP3A4): what it is, where it sits i
• list_structures_for_target — Use for "where in the body": the atlas body structures (organs and regions) that carry a molecular target: for CB1 and CB2 the qualitative receptor density (0 t
• find_studies — Use for "what is the evidence" and "which studies": the PubMed studies the atlas cites for a compound, a target, a condition or a compound at one target, each w
• search_conditions — Use for "does cannabis help with ...": conditions on the atlas evidence ladder (substantial, moderate, limited, insufficient, evidence of no benefit): the grade
• list_trials — Use for clinical trial questions: registered trials from the atlas snapshot of ClinicalTrials.gov (trials whose intervention is named cannabis, a cannabinoid, c
• get_cultivar — Use for strain chemistry: one cultivar from the laboratory measurements the atlas uses (Cannabis Compound Database values, mg per gram of dry flower), by CCD id
• cite — A ready citation for one atlas record (compound, target or condition) or for the atlas as a whole: the canonical url, the citation line, a BibTeX entry, the ver
• get_changes — The latest releases of the atlas data files: the version to cite, which datasets changed, records added and removed, and where the dated copy of each release li
