Construction activity by municipality (barometer) — How much is being built, by municipality. flatin.pt's monthly count of municipal building-works cases entering the licensing pipeline (for the municipalities we collect), the change on the previous 12 months and per 1,000 residents, plus INE's official yearly licensed buildings and new dwellings for any of the 308 municipalities. Without `municipality` returns the summary and the panel index. A case is not a licence granted and not a building — the answer says so.
