Active homes for sale or rent in areas you already picked (use screen_areas first for broad questions). Needs zips (up to 25), or state + city, or state + county. style e.g. ["single_family", "condos", "townhomes", "multi_family"]. For rentals list_price is the monthly rent. At most 25 homes per call.
