Bindler is a remote MCP server for three regulations that are commonly got wrong. It is a URL, not an install: point any client that accepts a Streamable HTTP endpoint at https://bindler.co/mcp/rpc. Every answer is returned as a computation, line by line, with the Article behind each line. The server will not invent a market figure: cbam_cost refuses to run without a certificate price rather than guess one. TOOLS uae_corporate_tax — Corporate Tax payable for one tax period under Federal Decree-Law 47 of 2022. Covers Small Business Relief and the Article 21 election, the 0% band to AED 375,000 and the 9% rate above it, Qualifying Free Zone Person status with the de minimis test, the Article 30 interest limitation with the AED 12,000,000 safe harbour, the Article 32(1) entertainment add-back, and Article 37 loss relief capped at 75%. The interaction between Small Business Relief, QFZP and the interest cap is the part most often got wrong. eu_ai_act_classify — Classify an AI system under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the EU AI Act: its risk tier, the obligation set, the article numbers, the date each obligation applies and the maximum fine. Covers prohibited practices under Article 5, high-risk classification under Article 6 and the Annex III high-risk list including the Article 6(3) exemption, general-purpose AI (GPAI) models under Article 53, and transparency obligations under Article 50. The staggered application dates and the Annex III list are the parts most often got wrong. EU AI Act risk classification is one call: the role, the prohibited practice if any, the Annex III use case, the Article 6(3) exemption flag, the Article 50 trigger, whether the model is general purpose, and the worldwide turnover that sets the fine ceiling. cbam_cost — Certificate cost of importing into the EU under Regulation (EU) 2023/956 as amended by Regulation (EU) 2025/2083, for any year of the 2026 to 2034 phase-in, using the free-allocation phase-out factor from Directive (EU) 2023/959 Article 10a(1a). All six Annex I sectors, a credit for carbon already priced in the country of origin, and the same basket priced in every year to 2034 so the trajectory is visible. The phase-in factor changes every year and is the figure most often wrong. The six Annex I sectors it prices by name: cement, fertilisers, iron and steel, aluminium, hydrogen and electricity. Indirect (electricity) emissions count toward the charge for cement and fertilisers and not for the other four, which is the distinction importers get wrong most often after the factor. An importer or reporting declarant gives the sector, the CN code, the tonnes of imported goods, the embedded emissions per tonne and any carbon price already paid at origin, and gets the chargeable tCO2e, the certificates to surrender and the cost in euro per line. Goods outside Annex I are not covered by CBAM at all and the tool says so rather than pricing them. PRICING Free to call, capped at 25 calls a day per address. A Gumroad licence key sent as x-api-key lifts the cap for the buyer who holds it. The calculators answer one case at a time. The paid workbooks hold live formulas you can audit, a sources sheet citing each Article, multi-period carry-forward tracking and filing layouts: UAE Corporate Tax USD 29, EU AI Act Obligations Register USD 39, CBAM Calculator USD 29, on Gumroad. There is also a book, UAE Corporate Tax: The Computation, USD 6.99, PDF and EPUB: ten chapters, seven worked cases and a filing checklist taking accounting income to tax payable in the statutory order, Article by Article. https://bindler.co/uae-corporate-tax-book/ WHY NOT JUST ASK A CHAT MODEL Because the answer has to be checkable by somebody who did not produce it. Each line here names the Article it comes from, so a reviewer can go to the source and disagree with a specific number rather than with the whole answer.
