Universal payment proxy for machine-payable APIs. Connects autonomous agents to paid data services with automatic HTTP 402 payment handling via x402 (USDC on Solana and Base), Tempo (pathUSD) and ACP-style prepaid checkout, with AP2 spending mandates and AGTP agent identity.
