Create Scout — Create a saved search after the user confirms its criteria. Use the creationRequestId from check_limits and reuse it with the same criteria for retries within 24 hours. Scouts check roughly every 24 hours and email a daily digest. If the result is uncertain, read your scouts before retrying.

Update Scout — Change confirmed scout fields and preserve the rest. Read the scout first. Use vehicleIndex to edit one saved vehicle, or vehicleCombinations to replace the full list. Filter objects change only supplied includes or excludes. After a conflict, read and confirm again.
