Free conformance check for ANY x402 endpoint — yours or one you found in a catalogue. Eight probes from a single unpaid request plus a GET of the manifest: does it answer from outside, does an unpaid request return 402 (not 404/405/200), does the challenge parse, is an accepts entry payable (scheme + network + payTo), does the published URL still carry an unsubstituted :param (the commonest dead catalogue row), and is /.well-known/x402.json served with resources in it.
