It serves a curated, versioned\nknowledge release: facts, each tied to an exact excerpt of an official page\nwith a citation, and an explicit statement of what is not covered. The\nassistant composes the answer; the server never invents one.\n\nFour read-only tools: `get_coverage`, `search`, `resolve`, `get_evidence`.\nTransports: stdio, and Streamable HTTP on `/mcp` with a `/health` route.\nServing needs no model, no credentials and no network.\n\n## Knowledge releases\n\nThe package contains no knowledge. A knowledge release is two files,\n`release.json` and `readiness.json`, published with the GitHub releases of\nthe packs repository, [swiss-tip-mvp](https://github.com/swisstip/swiss-tip-mvp).\nDownload both into one directory; the server validates every hash\nand span of `release.json` before it serves, and `--require-ready` refuses a\nrelease without a matching readiness record.\n\n## Use\n\nPython 3.14 or newer.
