# Spix MCP Server

Give AI agents the ability to make phone calls and send emails — as MCP tool calls.

[Spix](https://spix.sh) is communications infrastructure for AI agents. This MCP server exposes Spix's API as tools that any MCP-compatible client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.) can use.

## Quick start

### 1. Get a Spix API key

Sign up at [app.spix.sh](https://app.spix.sh) or via the CLI:

### 2. Install

pip install spix-mcp
```

Or run directly with uvx (no install):

uvx spix-mcp
```

### 3. Configure Claude Desktop

Add to `~/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json`:
