There are no extras to opt into and no `playwright install`\nbrowser download (Playwright ships as a plain dependency and is only used\nas the connection library to your own Chrome).\n\nVerify:\n\n```sh\nforge --version        # → forge (sabel-forge-mcp) x.y.z\n```\n\nThen activate your license:\n\n```sh\nforge auth login\n```\n\n> **Upgrading from ≤ 0.1.63?** `forge install ui-deps` and the\n> `[ui-automation]` extra are gone — a plain install/upgrade now carries\n> everything: `uv tool upgrade sabel-forge-mcp`.\n\n## Configure a workspace\n\nEach Intercom workspace is a folder under `~/.forge/workspaces/` holding a\n`forge.json`.
