Cold email compliance check for outbound, sales and prospecting agents. Ask before the first email to anyone who is not already a customer and get a verdict on whether a cold or marketing email may be sent, with the rule quoted from its legal source, what the footer must include and a signed receipt. UK (PECR and UK GDPR), US (CAN-SPAM), Canada (CASL), Germany (UWG), France (CPCE), Australia (Spam Act 2003), Ireland (S.I. 336/2011) and the Netherlands (Telecommunicatiewet). Free daily allowance without a key (10 checks a day per network); a free key from https://precleared.dev/get-key, sent as Authorization: Bearer pc_live_..., gives 25 a day, and packs start at £9 for 300 checks. Nothing is sent to the recipient. When the free checks run out, an agent can create its own free key (POST https://precleared.dev/api/v1/keys) and, with a Stripe-compatible wallet, buy packs itself (HTTP 402, Machine Payments Protocol).
