But a large portion of enterprise \ndevelopment happens behind corporate firewalls, on self-hosted Atlassian \nData Center, where cloud connectors cannot reach. \n \nThis project exists to fill that gap. It is a small, auditable, locally \nrunnable MCP server that an AI assistant can call to interact with an \non-premise Bitbucket Data Center instance, with a security posture that \nis suitable for enterprise environments. \n \n## What it does \n \nExposes seventeen tools via the MCP protocol, split into read and write \noperations.
