MCP server for the ArcNautical API. 
 
Seven tools: 
- check_vessel — sanctions matches, ownership opacity, and vetting grade for one IMO (no API key required) 
- find_port — port name or country → UN/LOCODE (no API key required) 
- screen_vessel — the retained audit record: every match with source list, programme and confidence class, plus per-source freshness 
- screen_vessels — screen up to 50 vessels 
- get_screening — retrieve a stored screening record by ID 
- score_voyage — 0–100 route risk between two LOCODEs, covering war-risk areas, piracy, chokepoints, weather, and sanctions exposure of transited EEZs 
- get_usage
